"The Lamb"
To lead off the t-shirt line up, I'm happy to present "The Lamb" design. As referenced in the 'New Living Translation' in (1 Peter 1:19) "It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God." The scripture explains itself that without the shedding of blood, there would be no salvation. That mankind for so long looked to please The Heavenly Father with the sacrifices of animals, and in the many years of doing so, God Almighty then sent the perfect sacrifice to atone for the sins of many; that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but inherit eternal life. We know that salvation comes from the blood of The Son of God, The Son of God comes from The Father's Will, and The Will comes from God The Father; so, praising The Son, praises and glorifies The Father; Amen.
The artwork derived is simply reminding that Jesus was The Lamb of God (represented as a sketched lamb), the sacrifice for the sins of mankind to bring His people back to The Father through faith in Jesus.
"Doves & snakes"
Next on deck, I am excited to present "Doves & snakes." I've loved this shirt ever since i finished the dove sketched artwork. With reference to the words of Jesus himself, as he sent out the twelve with power and authority to drive out impure spirits and heal every disease and sickness. I truly love in the 'New International Version' in (Matthew 10:16) where Jesus states, "I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves." Now yes, the shirt says harmless as doves and then adds the shrewd as snakes, yes i get it, but it doesn't take anything away from how Jesus equipped His disciples with this faithful knowledge of power and how in the next line of The Scripture Jesus begins with, "Be on your guard." So, the nature of this shirt shows that God's people who put their trust and faith in Jesus to know that The Holy Spirit, that belongs to The Father, can see through ANY evil doing and intentions that come against.
Regarding my artwork, I HATE snakes, and My Heavenly Father knows that, so I can truthfully say I'd much rather draw/sketch a dove then a snake, so in this case, wa-lah.
"Small Gate"
Ou wee, don't we love that Jesus is "The Way, The Truth AND The Life." I do too. With this shirt and it's intentional design to show that Jesus and The Cross are how He paved the way to True Salvation, Im excited to tie in His words in an intricate way of display. Referencing the words of Jesus himself in the 'New International Version' in (Matthew 7:13). Jesus begins this verse with "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it." And to highlight the brighter side of the scripture we KNOW Jesus is the good shepherd and the small gate that leads to salvation. So, to continue and shine the spotlight on the "Small Gate" design, Jesus then states in His instructions by saying, "But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
This artwork was so simply laid out through the many hours of prayers, to show how Jesus being the 'small gate' ties into Him going to the cross and shedding His blood. The narrow road is displayed as a straight path that keeps to signifying the foundation and presentation of the cross shaped design.
"Come Get Psalm"
Why would the t-shirt design line up NOT come with a pun??? Dude, I know Jesus had THE GREATEST of humors, so yep, let me begin with this one that I hope makes you smile. Coming straight from an awesome foundation of Psalm's hymn based prayers and praises to The Lord Almighty, I love this verse VERY, VERY MUCH. So, let us take a trip back to The Beautiful Book of Psalm in The Holy Bible, yes we are still reading from the 'New International Version' and this is (Psalm 105:15) but we will go back a few verses to begin at 12... "When they were but few in number, few indeed, and strangers in it, they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another. He allowed no one to oppress them; for their sake he rebuked kings: "DO NOT TOUCH MY ANOINTED ONES; DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM."" I love this verse so much because it helps me relate away from this world and closer to My Heavenly Father who holds all control, and surely walk through the valley and fear NO EVIL.
With regards to this artwork, I wanted to tie how Jesus following The Will of The Father led to Him completely DESTROYING THE GRAVE. So, in my eyes that's the strongest, boldest, hardest, undeniable 'checkmate' call from The Father, The Son AND The Holy Spirit.
"Rooted in Faith"
The next shirt has significant meaning to the spiritual walk and it deals with Faith. This design is meant to shed light on the story of Jesus and the Centurion in Capernaum. Reading from the 'New International Version' referencing (Matthew 8:5), As the Centurion approached Jesus, he humbled himself before Him saying, "Lord my servant lies at home paralyzed suffering terribly." Of course Jesus replies with "Shall I come and heal him?" The next lines of the story promote a beautiful character development in the centurion as he responded to Jesus's question with, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me, I say to this one 'Go' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it. This shirt ties to the next line of the response Jesus had to the ones following him, saying "Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith." I love this line so much because Jesus, of course, recognized the demonstration of humbleness, humility, and sound faith the centurion displayed openly. This walk is formulated to drive off of Faith, so this story keeps just that in mind.
The significance behind this artwork shows a distinction of how the centurion approached Jesus while being fully rooted in faith, humility, and respect. As a root system grapples down, you too need to have immense Faith, just like the centurion.
Hooded Apparel
I do love a good hoodie, so Im happy to present a variant of the Sheepy apparel line-up to keep a clean fit when it gets cold.
The Sheepy logo itself points to Jesus first, The Lamb of God, and then helps to give a perspective of how to relate to The Word of God; just like The Book of Isaiah mentions "Like sheep we have all turned to our own path."
